Belangkai and Hulu Cock on Pussy888: Rules for Malaysia’s Dice Games
Belangkai and Hulu Cock are traditional dice games familiar from Malaysian festive gatherings, and Pussy888 is one of the few apps that includes both. You pick symbols, three dice roll, and you win for each die that matches your choice.
How the games work
In both games, three dice marked with symbols are shaken. You place chips on one or more symbols. If one die shows your symbol you win even money; two dice pay 2 to 1; three pay 3 to 1 (payouts can vary by version). Hulu Cock uses symbols such as the gourd and rooster, while Belangkai uses its own traditional set.
The house edge
With the standard 1/2/3 payout structure on six-symbol dice, the house edge is around 7.9%, much higher than Baccarat banker or Blackjack. These games are about tradition and fun rather than value.
Tips for playing
- Bet one symbol at a time with a small fixed stake.
- Ignore “hot” symbols on the history board.
- Set a round limit before you start.
